Action Consequences

Physical Consequence Simulator

Lab capstone for action governance — projection before actuation with conceptual trace.

This is a pedagogical simulator. It uses simplified visual logic to explain a FoldEngine governance pattern. It is not a production kernel, formal proof, audit certification, robot control system, live client workflow, or disclosure of private implementation details.

Why this matters

The highest-risk moment is the gap between an AI proposal and a real-world consequence. This capstone lab shows the core FoldEngine pattern: project before actuation, block unsafe paths, and record a conceptual trace before anything becomes action.

What this shows

  • AI proposal → FoldEngine check → safe or blocked action
  • projection before actuation
  • conceptual receipt on safe path

What this does not show

  • live robot control
  • live product enforcement
  • the product Agent Governance Gateway demo scenario
  • live client workflows
